Our Mission People with disabilities will enjoy safe, SOCIAL ENRICHMENT, physical activity, and some life skills development in an inclusive environment.

Additionally, KCS Angels is a place for caregivers/guardians to bring their Angel that allows them to work or just have a much needed break for a few hours withless worry and stress.
Meet our team Executive Director/Founder -Tracy Smith - Tracy's brother in law Scott is one of the creators/visionaries of KCS Angels. Scott was not able to see his vision come to life, Tracy has carried on his dream. Tracy has over 30 year of experience in working with adults with disabilities.
CFO- Pamm McDaniel- Pamm has been working with adults with disabilities for over 3o years as well. .
